MHRAのブログを読みました。輸液の滅菌不良で30数名の人命が奪われたのは、もう50年近く前なんですね。この事件が、滅菌のバリデーション、すなわちバリデーションのきっかけとなったわけですよね。
このブログの文末に、このようなことが書かれていました。あの頃と変わってないんですね。機械やコンピュータの進歩に比べて、人の遅きこと。これは、経営効率を求めるがゆえに、教育訓練を疎かにしているからではないでしょうか？機械やコンピュータを設計、運転、メンテナンスするのは人なんですよね。2019年は企業文化、組織風土に注目です。
